One of the core business areas of the instructions received by ARH Associates, is for the inspection and production of pre-acquisition surveys. ARH recognises that no two properties nor instructions are the same and we pride ourselves with the ability to identify the specific requirements of individual clients and tailoring reports to clients objectives.

Specialist tests are carried out regularly, as are investigations into mechanical and electrical installations and testing for any deleterious materials.

Given the intricate nature of a number of our clients’ acquisitions we are often required to liaise with their legal advisors regarding such matters as; planning, building control, means of escape in case of fire and the liabilities imposed by leasehold agreements.
