ARH Associates have been involved with a great variety of construction projects from simple minor works to complex building contracts. The value of works range from £10,000 to more than £5 million and the professional involvement, depending on the nature of the work, has been in the role of project managers, contract administrators, development monitors and/or cost consultants. > ARH has many years of experience in overseeing the renovation of historic buildings. In addition we have undertaken works on occupied buildings, using systems that co-ordinate the work thereby minimising the disruption to the occupiers. ARH are able to be pro-active in establishing planned maintenance programmes, tailored to suit individual requirements that prevent unnecessary deterioration of buildings which can lead to increased cost of remedial works and lessen the value of a property. Maintenance plans can ensure that the works are staged to assist freeholders’ cash flow and reduce the long leaseholder’s financial burden, where they may be obliged to contribute to the cost of the works. Once ARH has established a maintenance plan, they can assist landlords and occupiers to initiate the works therein by organising the placing of long term maintenance contracts or arranging and overseeing major remedial work contracts. |
