The value of works range from £10,000 to more than £5 million and the professional involvement, depending on the nature of the work, has been in the role of project managers, contract administrators, development monitors and/or cost consultants.

Maintenance plans can ensure that the works are staged to assist freeholders’ cash flow and reduce the long leaseholder’s financial burden, where they may be obliged to contribute to the cost of the works.

Once ARH has established a maintenance plan, they can assist landlords and occupiers to initiate the works therein by organising
the placing of long term maintenance contracts or arranging and overseeing major remedial work contracts.
